We spend a wonderful night in the beautiful and Atmospheric Coombe Abbey, a Stately Home that's now a wonderful posh hotel, sleeping in one of the oldest rooms in the mansion... Dating back to 1150 it was home to the Craven Family and also Princess Elizabeth daughter of James the 1st who spent a year here while being educated... there was also a kidnap attempt by the gunpowder platters to take her! The mansion has many ghosts and as we settled into our huge 4 poster bed we wondered if we'd see anything?!
