A large group of men sit on the ground backs against the wall as another two men lay a plastic strip in the centre of the room and another two serve tea. There is a close shot of Shailkh Satar as he receives tea, we are told that it is not only rich states that have decided to go it alone but also poorer ones, the Sheikh being the leader of 'Ras al Khayma', Ras al Khaimah. A large circular dish filled with food is brought into the room, and is placed before the Sheikh who apparently rules in a traditional way. Close up of Shaker as we are told that he plans to raise an army, we then see a shot of an Army marching band that is dressed in white playing the bagpipes, following them are marching soldiers bearing arms and dressed in dark clothing, we see the Sheikh and two others form behind as they look over the Army which marches before them, the narrator says that the chief of the Army is a mercenary British officer. We see an Arab soldier in white dancing while behind him is a man playing a snare drum. Then we see armoured cars drive past with two Arab soldiers standing through the sun roof saluting the Sheikh who is looking on from a raised platform. Then a close up of the heavily armoured car as it drives past, followed by a refurbished land rover driven by two armed soldiers, carrying heavy weaponry. Later, one of the United Arab Emirates
