Songs: Hi-Finesse Music- The Wolf (Epic Action Rock Hybrid Choral Style) HOT GIRL IN A SPORTS CAR! (KPM LIBRARY MUSIC) I got this from youtube so I'm not sure. What happened: While trying to do some SEAD for 2 F-15s in "DCS WORLD", I got myself into a rather unpleasant situation. My cover had to break off to engage targets up ahead (They were dong a fantastic job), and I kept flying low over the waters to avoid radar detection. At some point, one of the F-15 pilots wanted to rejoin, but since I was so low, he couldn't pick me up on radar. I had to pop up for him to scan me, which he did. (The alternative would have been to just turn on my ECM, but then you light up like a christmas tree for everyone-everywhere to see and shoot you down, so I took the safer route). Unfortunately, as soon as I did, a TOR (I think...?) Popped up on my left. I thought I would take him out since he was on the coast and posed a possible threat to my precious F-15s, so I went for it. Unfortunately though, he was much closer than anticipated, so he managed to pop a missile off at me as my missile killed him. As you can see ffrom the video, it took my left wing out. I would have normally given up, but since it took me 30 minutes just to get there, I decided to stick it out and try to fly out. Mind you I did not know the extent of my damage. I just noticed that my regular inputs did not work anymore, and rudder was really my only way of rolling the aircraft. Upon a loose inspection to my left, I noticed something was missing, that being my entire left wing. 2 second later, I decided to say "Fuck it" and continue the mission down the coast as planned! However nothing showed up anymore to kill, so two hostile airfields later, I just thought it was about time to land, I was out of fuel as it was. Gotta say, things went better than expected! PS: I did not jettison the weapons because I wanted to continue the SEAD mission. Then after I decided it was time to land, I KEPT the weapons on board because it acted as a counter weight. Remember that a wing generates lift upward upon it. Therefore if you do NOT have a left wing, and are running on only the right wing, you are ONLY generating lift on the right. Thusly the lift upon the wing will spin you to the left. The weapons on the right wing balanced it out a little bit so I had more control with the weight on there like that. I also did not lower my gear because the gear on the Frog are VERY close together. This means that she tips over and rolls on the ground VERY easily. I already knew I was not going to be able to land her straight so a belly landing was the safest approach. Upon landing I was FULL RUDDER and FULL STICK to the side and I had absolutely no more control than what you saw on touch down.
