So often people get stuck in a perpetual cycle of wanting to leave their affair partner but, for so many reasons, never being able to and being pulled back in again and again. Today, I'm sharing my personal story about how I ended my affair for good after trying to break it off so many times. It was only when I reached out for help from the right people—those who challenged my fears and encouraged me to face them—that I finally broke free from that pattern of trying to leave only to be pulled back in again.
