Phil in psychology, in Srinagar, Kashmir, India, share some insights about the need to seek help, and some challenges that exist in Kashmir, regarding mental health, and how these barriers can be overcome. Wasim works at Kashmir Lifeline and sees patients in his private practice both in-person and virtual. He also writes a weekly column called Mindful Fridays for Kashmir Observer.
