I stumbled upon fluid art and acrylic pouring in 2022 while caring for my newborn, during a time when I was battling depression after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This art form proved to be incredibly therapeutic, helping me navigate through my depression and anxiety. Finding it to be a calming activity, I began practicing it myself in 2023, and I’m so glad I did. It has brought me tremendous relief and a sense of personal revival after a prolonged struggle. What started as a mere distraction has evolved into a significant part of my life. I am eager to document and share my artistic journey with you, hoping it might inspire and offer positive insights to anyone who might be undergoing a similar experience.
