Starting at sunrise a friend and I have some lure fishing over inshore reefs - catching my friends biggest ever Pollack. Then we anchor up in a sheltered bay and dive for shellfish. Incredible underwater creatures and delicious scallops and lobster. Then we head to Spargos kitchen for a delicious cookup of Lobster Risotto with pan seared Scallops.
