Hi everyone, thanks for joining this yoga practice to celebrate the Pink Full moon in the sign of Libra, The pink moon, symbolises the transition to spring as the flowers begin to bloom and transform the way we see the world, like rose tinted glasses! This is the first full moon to follow Ostara or the spring equinox. It's a time of balance as the shift between winter and summer reaches that half way point. Amplified by the balancing qualities of Libra, we will inspire these feelings of balance and transformation in our yoga practice. We will remain balanced in the body to feel the transformation take place within. Some crystals for this practice could include Rose quartz or moonstone.
