Always ensure you operate an electric pressure cooker on a stable surface. We only know how to cook with our electric model and we cannot guarantee the same results with a stove top pressure cooker. Our recipes are made specifically for our Instant Pot model Duo 60 5.7 litre....you will need to scale down the recipes if you are using a smaller capacity model. We generally batch cook our dishes so we make enough for 8 to 10 portions and freeze what we aren't using although some recipes we scale down to just what we need for that day. We do a lot of cooking using our Duo 60 5.7 litre electric Instant Pot and we hope to share a number of easy recipes with you over the coming months. This easy to make recipe can be adapted in many ways to suit your own tastes.
