Enjoy your meal! ✨ 📌 Don't forget to subscribe to my channel and turn on notifications for more delicious recipes! #mushroom #mushroomsoup #creamymushroomsoup #souprecipe #cooking #dinnerideas Creamy Mushroom Soup Ingredients: 🍄🟫 • 1 lb Mushrooms, thinly sliced 🧅 • 1 Medium onion, finely chopped 🧄 • 2 cloves Garlic, minced 🧈 • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter and vegetable oil • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour • 3 cups Chicken or vegetable broth 🍋 • 1/2 lemon juice 🥛 • 1 cup Heavy cream 🧂 • 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste) 🌶️ • 1/2 tsp Black pepper 🧂 • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme 🌿 • Drill and fresh mint leaves or any herbs you like for garnish (optional) After chopping all the vegetables melt the butter and oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they turn translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot. Increase the heat slightly and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms have released their moisture and turned golden brown (about 8-10 minutes). Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes. This will help thicken the soup without leaving a raw flour taste. Slowly pour in the chicken or vegetable broth while whisking to prevent lumps. Add the salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Lower the heat to minimum and stir in the heavy cream.
