I crashed the audition and ever since then we had become great friends and a wonderful support system for each other. When DMX realized I crashed his movie set he invited me into his trailer too smoke a blont. When he asked me my name I told him I didn't have one, better yet my name is "light that blond and stop asking me what my name is". He said you're very brave, I'm going to call you Chance since you had no business being here and you did some real bitch shit to get in here. I told him, I'll take that as a compliment. " Since you Tok a chance to get in here which one do you want, do you want to be on the soundtrack or do you want to be in the movie and get a check for the next 8 days?" I asked him what do I get if I go on the soundtrack?, He replied well...you're probably going to have tot track down a check like a year or two from now...so I chose the get a check for 8 days and put that work in every morning at 6 am - 8 or sometimes 11 p.m. This wasn't the first time I'd ever been on a film. I was extremely appreciative. Shortly after that I signed a management contract with Randy Acker who was the VP of Def Jam. DMX changed my life forever by simply being a true friend. Our friendship was more like a Family. I am saddened to lose my brother in one of Hip-Hops biggest losses. Thank you for watching this movie the whole way through it has a deep meaning. Although I am an extra in this film with my dreadlocks, having an opportunity to be respected by one of Hip Hops Greatest with over 20 years of friendship has been an honor.
