This video captures the lively atmosphere and beautiful sights of Watsons Bay in stunning 4K UHD, making it a perfect virtual walk. Join us as we explore, highlighting different areas and scenic points, offering an exciting walking experience. In this video, it's a hot and sunny January day and Watsons Bay is filled to the brim with Australia Day long weekend crowds. We start this walk at Watsons Bay Baths where we see some local teenagers cooling off, then we move on to Watsons Bay Wharf with a ferry about to depart for Circular Quay. Next, we pass famous Doyles on the Beach seafood restaurant, and traverse the length of Watson Bay beach, before we head into the residential streets of the suburb. We then walk around Green Point, passing the First Landing Obelisk, before we slip down the stairs onto Camp Cove Beach. Here make a lap of the beach which is absolutely packed with bathers, and then walk back through the streets of Watson Bay to the cliffs at The Gap. We follow the pathway through Gap Park all the way to Jacobs Ladder Lookout, and then return to Watsons Bay via Don Ritchie Grove and Robertson Park. We retrace our steps along Marine Parade back to Watsons Bay Baths, where we finish this walk. Join us as we explore the lively beaches, showcasing swimming, strolling along the promenades, and discovering some charming green pathways.
