Ferrari F50 Legacy Tour 2025 - 30th Anniversary in Italy - Modena MEF, Maranello & Pista di Fiorano

The 2025 edition of the Ferrari Legacy Tour featured the iconic F50 supercar, which was presented in 1995 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the foundation (hence the name 50) of the Italian car manufacturer. The car, produced in just 349 units, represented the pinnacle of technology at the time with the adoption of the naturally aspirated V12 engine, five valves per cylinder, derived from the engine that powered the Ferrari 640 F1 in the 1989 season. On this road car, the displacement was increased to 4.7 litres, generating 383 kw (520 hp) at 8,500 rpm. It should be noted that the car's low weight, 1230 kg, is also due to using a chassis made entirely of carbon composite materials and linked to the engine-gearbox unit via an auxiliary frame. The event in Italy in the second week of May saw the participation of 23 cars from 10 different nations that passed through some splendid peninsula cities until arriving in Maranello after having travelled 675 km in three days. In this second and last one, I had the pleasure of seeing and filming them "at home" in Emilia Romagna at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, along the streets of Maranello, at the entrance to the Ferrari factory and finally for a lap at the Fiorano circuit. Enjoy! 😉 L'edizione 2025 del Ferrari Legacy Tour ha visto come protagonista l'iconica supercar F50 che fu presentata nel 1995 per celebrare il 50° anniversario di fondazione (da cui deriva anche il nome 50) della casa automobilistica italiana. La vettura prodotta in soli 349 esemplari ha rappresentato l'apice della tecnologia dell'epoca con l'adozione del motore V12 aspirato, 5 valvole per cilindro, derivato dal propulsore che all'epoca ha equipaggiato la Ferrari 640 F1 nella stagione 1989. Su questa vettura stradale la cilindrata è stata portata a 4.7 litri generando una potenza di 383 kW (520 hp) a 8.500 giri/min. Da segnalare che il peso contenuto della vettura, 1230 Kg, è dovuto anche all'impiego del telaio totalmente realizzato in materiali compositi di carbonio e vincolato al gruppo motore-cambio tramite un telaio ausiliario. All'evento che si è svolto in Italia nella seconda settimana di Maggio hanno preso parte 23 vetture provenienti da 10 nazioni diverse che hanno attraversato alcune splendide città della penisola fino all'arrivo a Maranello dopo aver percorso 675 km in tre giorni. In questo secondo ed ultimo ho avuto il piacere di vederle e filmarle "a casa" in Emilia Romagna presso il Museo Enzo Ferrari di Modena, tra le vie di Maranello, all'entrata dello stabilimento Ferrari ed infine per il giro di pista sulla Pista di Fiorano.
