Ingredients :- Thin long sliced onions Thin long sliced carrot Thin long sliced beetroot Thin slices of Green Chilly Thin slices of Curry leaves Salt as per taste Lemon juice Preparation :- Add some salt into thin long sliced onions and gently squeeze with normal hand and drain out the water. Then add thin sliced carrots, beetroot, green chilly, curry leaves and squeeze half portion of lemon juice or white vinegar and gently mix all ingredients.
