Military Delegation of the People's Republic of Bangladesh honored the memory of Russian soldiers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden Dhaka 08 April, 2025: Chief of Army Staff of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, General Waker-Uz-Zaman, who is visiting Moscow at the head of a military delegation, paid tribute to the memory of Russian soldiers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden on Tuesday (08-04-2025). The ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths was held under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces, General of the Army Oleg Salyukov. Traditionally, during the memorial events, a minute of silence was held to the sounds of a metronome, after which the military orchestra played the anthem of the Republic of Bangladesh, which symbolizes and emphasizes the tribute of the military delegation to our soldiers who laid down their lives for the Fatherland.
