✔ Ingredients: ◾ 2 apples ◾ juice of half a lemon ◾ 1 egg ◾ 8 g vanilla sugar ◾ a pinch of salt ◾ 25 g sugar ◾ 200 ml milk ◾ 30 ml vegetable oil ◾ 160 g flour ◾ 8 g baking powder ◾ 1 teaspoon sugar (for the pan) ◾ raisins — to taste ◾ honey — to taste ◾ sliced almonds — to taste ✔ Instructions: Make the batter: in a bowl, mix the egg, vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Add milk and oil, mix again. Add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth with no lumps. Cut the apples into slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar into a pan. Add the apple slices. Sprinkle with raisins. Pour the batter over everything. Cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes on one side (preferably covered). Carefully flip the cake and cook for another 5 minutes. Brush the finished cake with honey.
