In late November I tried to purchase a Stihl file. Out of stock. No worries, I'll order online. Jump over to the rain forest folks and they are all about the same and all have delivery dates in January. Ordered one. Arrived the other day and it took about 1/2 a second after opening the box to know I received a counterfeit product. Not a single brand marking on the item or the packaging. No Bueno, especially when you compare the listing pics and description with the product. Love the fact the sticker on the outside of the product says "Made in China" when the real item has "Made in Germany" embossed in raised letting. Not even a decent fake. Now the fun starts with the refund request and the multiple offers of 30% refund and even funnier with a 50% offer and the seller telling me return shipping is too expensive and they prefer I accept a 50% refund. Well then, maybe you shouldn't be selling fake sh*t online in other countries. Not my problem. Thieves!
