Why aren’t there more women in Hi-Fi — as listeners, buyers, and industry professionals? At the High End Munich 2025, five women from across the audio world came together to explore this question at the Women in Hi-Fi panel - Angela Cardas, Jenny Jose, Amelia Santos, Daniella Manger and Linette Smith — representing manufacturing, retail, software development and journalism.
