So, I think the important point is to really focus on improving antibiotic use. So, it's not always about using less, it's about using antibiotics in in the right way. So, less is not always better and that really goes to the point of stewardship of antibiotics so really guarding that precious resource that you have whether it's fresh water, the environment in this case it's antibiotics, and there's a number of ways that we can do that. So, there's some general ways so first is in improving the access to their primary care physicians for Manitobans. So trying to see your regular family doc or nurse practitioner, when you need to see them, and improving barriers or obstacles in the healthcare system that impede the access to regular uh primary care for Manitobans. At the level of antibiotic prescribers, there's a number of things that that we could definitely do to help them optimize their antimicrobial prescribing. So, first off for things like education and creating guidelines for how antibiotics should be used in the best way and then another at a more individual level would be some behavioral modifications or things that are already used in the world of behavioral sciences so providing audit and feedback of how prescribers use antibiotics and compare them to their colleagues and their peer group to help steer them in the right direction and help kind of nudge their behavior into more optimal antimicrobial prescribing. And I think if we can do a lot of these things and take them, put them together, it can help offer a safe effective use of antibiotics for Manitobans and help preserve their use as long as possible into the future.
