Making 11 stops along the way, Beta Technologies has just flown its Alia CX300 electric aircraft from icy Plattsburg in upstate New York to Santa Monica in sunny California. The journey of almost 3,100 nautical miles gave people along the way their first glimpse of an electric aircraft that will have a range of 336 nautical miles.
