Solarpunk Settlement in Moonwood Mill 🌲☀️🦙 | The Sims 4 Speed Build | NOCC

Hello, Sul Sul and Bonjour! It's that time of the week, a new video, a new build and new Sims! The video is mostly a speed build, with a stop-motion part at the end for the furnishing. ⬇️ I'm not gonna lie, I'm super proud of this build. I love the post-apocalyptic and solarpunk aesthetics, which is why I enjoy building in StrangerVille so much. I also think Moonwood Mill is a perfect location for this type of builds so I decided to create a solarpunk settlement there for the Moonwood Collective. In my lore, these werewolves form a community that lives in harmony with nature, promoting sustainable energy and mutual aid. They embody a fair, peaceful, and empathetic lifestyle. The lot includes a main house for the Volkov family (my own version), as well as basement-level rooms for members who wish to live on the land (I have shared two of my own households). If you have For Rent, you can freely add to it and rent out spaces underwater, allowing the entire collective to live together on the same lot!
