"DNA" 100% (Demon) by HugusTheNoob | Geometry Dash 2.11

DNA is a nice-looking level based around the theme of the same name, which is not something you see very often in this game. The level is mainly design-focused, with decoration and some effects thrown in to help bring out that theme. While the decoration itself is pretty good throughout, I can't help but think the level would be better with deeper shades and colours, especially in the first half of the level. Another issue that needs addressing is just the fact that the level is almost 100% blue. It's not that the parts don't look good in that colour, it's just that DNA itself has no ties to a specific colour. Being that this isn't a sky or water themed level, I don't quite understand why other palettes weren't used. For example, one part could have been mainly blue, one red, one green etc. Anyway, the colour doesn't impact the look of the level, which is still very clean and polished. Gameplay-wise, it's mostly consistent, expect the ufo parts are harder than the rest, and I found the transition into the robot part around 60% to be somewhat inconsistent. Overall an excellent level, my main complaint would simply be that the first half of the level needs stronger colours, but again it's not a big deal.
