I tie right-handed but I learned how to do a few of the basics left-handed. It came in handy when teaching fly tying. Here are some of the techniques, done left-handed, in the video: Getting the thread started, Finishing the fly with a Whip-Finish knot, Dubbing with your non-thread hand while holding the dubbing in your thread hand, the Pinch technique for placing material where you want it, and the Thread Control technique showing how to use the thread wrap to pull material into place.
