How can theatre and research help change policies on sexual harassment? | University of Amsterdam

How can we improve policies on sexual harassment and gender-based violence? Where do we begin? Liza Mügge and her research team worked with students from three different universities to tackle these issues through legislative theatre. This approach brings together communities, activists, and policymakers in a creative process to identify problems and develop new policies. The performance included various policymakers in the audience, such as Marike ter Linden from the Amsterdam Municipality and Arjen Berkvens from the UvA.
