Ukrainian military launched a missile strike on a parking lot of Russian Mi-8 and Ka-52 helicopters in the Belgorod region.This was reported by the Special Operations Forces. "Special operations forces, in cooperation with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the Missile Forces and artillery, destroyed two enemy Ka-52 helicopters and two Mi-8 helicopters in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation," the report says. Special Operations Forces announced that Ukrainian special forces used American HIMARS systems to destroy four Russian attack helicopters in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast in a single strike. The video released by the Special Ops shows drone footage capturing four missile strikes, each followed by large explosions.The Ka-52 is an attack helicopter that the enemy uses for reconnaissance and attacks on targets on the ground. The Mi-8 transport helicopters are used by enemy troops to transport personnel and cargo, as well as to support ground operations. All helicopters were destroyed by missile strikes behind enemy lines, where the enemy had created a platform for aircraft to jump off - a camouflaged position for the rapid movement of aircraft or for surprise attacks on the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine."The enemy once again thought that deep in the rear they were unreachable. We have once again proven that there is nothing unreachable for the Special Operations Forces," the military noted.
