Today I'm going to teach you a recipe for carrot cake with creamy chocolate frosting in a bowl, a real dessert. You're going to love it, BIG KISS ;** List of ingredients: Fluffy Carrot Cake (blender batter) Ingredients for the batter: • 4 whole eggs • 1 and ½ cups of sugar • 200 ml of oil • 2 cups of chopped carrots (approximately 270 g) • 2 cups of wheat flour • 1 tablespoon of baking powder Creamy chocolate frosting Ingredients for the syrup/frosting: • 1 can of condensed milk (395 g) • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder (50% cocoa) • 150 ml of whole milk • 1 and ½ can of cream (total 300 g) • 150 g of chopped semisweet chocolate Note: The measurement of the teacup is 240ml.
