Watching screens before bed is often a way people relax, but how detrimental is it to your sleep? So let's untangle this range of sleep myths around this. Watching something to fall asleep might be something that is already part of your every day, with the access to technology these days, it's so easy to just grab even your phone and open something to watch. Maybe you're watching something to relax, maybe that is the only way you have learned how to relax before bed, these are all those scenarios I've heard from clients over the years. It's always best to watch the entire video so that you can see the step-by-step explanation I use in my practice helping clients.
