On 20 November, Dr. Sarah Müller, CCO & Managing Director at Zolar and former CEO at Kununu, joined Frankfurt School’s Customer Strategy Dialogue series held by Prof. Dr. Christian Schulze. In this engaging session, Dr. Müller shared her expertise on identifying and understanding the right target audience, emphasising the importance of customer insight and diversifying marketing channels. She discussed balancing online strategies with real-world experiences and reflected on her journey as the only woman on the management board.
