From the first time I heard Birtha, I fell in love. Perfect band from the 70s, very brilliant in the vocal and bass lines, powerful lyrics and all the things that make a band glorious. So, I decided to do this cover to contribute as a fan to promote this not-so-popular band (I think this is the first cover of Birtha on YouTube). Please, if you like the song, search for the two albums that these girls made, I guarantee: fantastic albums!! "Can't Stop The Madness" closes the album of the same name released in 1973 by Birtha with Rosemary Butler on bass. For those who want to know, this song is in F# m and I improvised some things using the pentatonic scale. This special song was also chosen for a special occasion: this video is the first video from my channel using an audio interface to record the sound of the bass. I didn't use any plug-ins or edition on the audio. I just plugged my bass into the amplifier and equalized it until it sounded good to me, plugged the preamp-out into the interface and recorded. That's it. All the power comes from this beautiful ACS Precision Bass. I like "naked" sounds, simple and naturally real.
