Hydrocele | Scrotal stone | Testicular cyst | Multiloculate cystic epididymis Right Testes: Size: 35.8 mm x 22.0 x 26,9 mm in size. Left Testes: Size: 33.2 mm x 20.0 mm x 23.0mm in size. Both testes show homogenous Parenchymal echotexture all-over. No evidence of focal lesion or cyst or solid mass or inflammatory lesion or hydrocele is seen on left side of the testes. Small cystic mass noted in the right testis measuring 2.3mm. Epididymis: Head of the right epididymis is normal in size and homogenous in echotexture. No focal lesion or cysts is seen. There is a moderately large multiloculated cystic lesion with internal solid echogenic structure seen in the head of the left epididymis. Measuring 2.64cm x 2.39cm. Veins of the pampiniform plexus: are not dilated on either side of the scrotum. There is moderate collection of anechoic fluid on right side of the scrotum. No septation , no internal echoes, no evidence of hemorrhagic collection is noted. Small scrotal stone is noted measuring 3.6mm in the right scrotum. Comment: Right sided moderate hydrocele.
