Qu’est ce que l’Écosystème entrepreneurial ?

L’écosystème entrepreneurial est défini comme un ensemble d’acteurs interconnectés, d’institutions et de processus qui interagissent pour renforcer l’entrepreneuriat au sein de l’environnement local. Cette notion représente les différents groupements d’acteurs (publics ou privés, institutions et entreprises, universités) et de facteurs qui définissent le milieu dans lequel les acteurs évoluent en constante interaction. Ainsi, un écosystème entrepreneurial permet de comprendre comment ces différents facteurs interagissent pour favoriser l’entrepreneuriat dans une région ou un pays. Traduction / Translation : Over the past 15 years, the concept of ecosystems has gained increasing interest with an acceleration of initiatives to create effective and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. However, the success of the ecosystem has prompted a multiplication of actors and questions about their effectiveness and contribution. This research provides a cross-sectional understanding of strategic dynamics and proposes an analysis grid for differentiating ecosystem actors based on strategic alignment theory and a qualitative study of 48 interviews with key actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results show that actors differentiate themselves by employing various combinations of individual and collective strategies according to organizational and contextual specificities.
