Meet our lady bud Erin from Royal Key and Suprize Suprize We asked “What’s your brands story?” Erin- We started our brand Royal Key in 2016 when we first started processing our flower room into Live Resin. Prior to this we were growing and selling bulk flower only. We were eager to create an identity before legalization and loved the emerging concentrate market, allowing us to preserve the aroma and flavor of a fresh flower. We enjoyed a Norcal High Times win in 2017 for our live resin and had a small group of very loyal fans which really helped us create momentum and established Royal Key as a top selling brand in concentrates. This was before the flood and easy availability of cheap concentrates we have now. We knew we had something special growing indoor using organic amendments but wanted to take it to the next level so we started growing in 36 ft long living soil beds at our new facility. We take pride in keeping the quality high and only growing small batches of flowers we hunt from seed originally, keeping our genetic library unique and offering a growing style that is uncommon in the large scale commercial facilities. We think organic living soil, both indoor and outdoor has a difference in flavor and creates a longer lasting high and more diverse terpene profiles. We created Suprize Suprize after Prop 64 passed with the intention of doing collaboration projects between our manufacturing lab and small local farmers and brands we knew who at the time didn't have access to their own lab. I have an art background and we wanted to include an art component within Suprize Suprize for an experiential quality. Our friend Mason Brown created our brand identities with this in mind and was the first artist featured in a series of custom packaging projects. We've included an illustration series, poetry, custom stickers, lapel pins and temporary tattoos working with Mason Brown, Bill Barminski, John Van Hamersveld, Jaqueline Suskin, Jade Sturms and a few other artists. “What is your service to our community?” Erin shares - “Creating an organic product with an uplifting high for connoisseurs and an art experience for extra elevation. “ Please support and follow our fiends on Instagram!! www.royalkeyorganics.com www.suprizesuprize.com
