Stage 1: Hulkamania is Running Wild Stage Description On the call of “Go” athletes will navigate each obstacle. Time stops when athlete crosses the finish line. STAGE 2: Ironman Stage Description: Start: Rifle in rifle box, ammo on rifle box, mags retained, toes touching platform of bike erg. On the call of "Go": 1 min max effort bike → 1 min FS#1 If you decide to finish the bike before the 1 min time, you can stand behind your shooting mat waiting for the call of GO to shoot. You cannot load your rifle until RO says Go. Repeat for 6 total rounds If you don’t finish your shooting in the time allotted, the remaining rounds left in the mag are no longer in use. 1 min reload period after round 3 Scoring: 1 pt for each calorie. 4 pts per steel hit. STAGE 3: Jesus Take the Wheelbarrow Stage Description Athletes will begin: All mags retained Rifle grounded in rifle box at the Firing Line Wheelbarrow unloaded with prescribed weight at the start finish board. On the call of “Go” Athlete will pick up their wheelbarrow and proceed through the marked course around the pond. Once wheel barrow has been staged in the drop zone they may begin Firing Sequence #1. After firing Sequence #1 athlete will proceed back through the course. This will be repeated for 3 total rounds. Time stops after athlete finishes firing Sequence #3 and pass their Start Finish board. STAGE 4: Leg Drop from the Tabletop Stage Description On the call of “Go” athlete will perform the following; Stress carry their bag to their table top Lift their bag on top of the table Move to the opposite side Pull it off Stress carry to the drop zone Shoot Firing Sequence #1 After Firing Sequence #1, athlete will perform the same work sequence back to their Start Finish board and retrieve another set of mags. This will be repeated for a total of 4 rounds. Time stops when athlete gets their bag back to the Start Finish line after their 4th Firing Sequence. STAGE 5: Crazy Train Stage Description Athletes will begin: One set of mags retained All other mags staged on the Start Finish line Rifle grounded in rifle box at the Firing Line On the call of “Go” athletes will drag their bags under their rig to the drop zone at the Firing Line then begin Firing Sequence #1. After FS#1 athlete will perform bag over bar reps until they get back to the Start Finish Line to retrieve another set of mags. This will be repeated for a total of 4 rounds. STAGE 6: Two Guns One Tory Stage Description Athlete will engage targets. Stage 7: Pistol Speed Plates Stage Description: On the audible beep athlete will engage each of the steel plates with 2 rounds, move to the next box, perform a mandatory reload and reengage each of the 6 steel plates with 1 hit stronghand only.
