Korean Sausage Bread Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup -Dried oregano ½ tsp -Dried parsley ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Mayonnaise 2 tbs -Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup -Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp -Sugar 1 tbs -Warm milk ½ Cup -Anda (Egg) 1 -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Mon salwa Supremo smoked grilled chicken sausages 6 -Anda (Egg) whisked 1 -Tomato ketchup Directions: -In a bowl,add corn kernels,onion,dried oregano,dried parsley,red chilli crushed & mix well. -Add mayonnaise & mix well. -Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside. -In a bowl,add instant yeast,sugar,warm milk & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes. -Add egg,gradually add all-purpose flour & mix well. -Add cooking oil,remaining all-purpose flour and salt,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with oil,cover & let it rest for 1 hour (warm place). -Sprinkle dry flour and knead dough again util smooth. -Now divide into four equal portions,take one portion (125g) and make a ball. -Sprinkle dry flour and roll out into an oval shape with the help of rolling pin. -In the center of the dough,place chicken sausage,fold the ends of the dough over the sausage then pinch the long sides of the dough together to seal the sausage. -On baking tray,place butter paper and grease with butter. -Place stuffed dough,by using a scissor or knife,cut the sausage bread into slices.Make sure to cut all the way through the sausage but not the bottom layer of dough. -Shape the sausage bread by placing the sausages pieces left and right alternatively. -Cover with kitchen towel and let it proof for 15-20 minutes. -Apply egg wash and top each of the sausages bread with 2-3 tbs of prepared stuffing (makes 3-4). -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes. -Drizzle tomato ketchup & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup -Dried oregano ½ tsp -Dried parsley ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Mayonnaise 2 tbs -Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup -Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup -Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp -Sugar 1 tbs -Warm milk ½ Cup -Anda (Egg) 1 -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Mon salwa Supremo smoked grilled chicken sausages 6 -Anda (Egg) whisked 1 -Tomato ketchup Directions: -Bowl mein corn kernels,pyaz,dried oregano,dried parsley aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein khameer,cheeni aur neem garam doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein. -Anda dal dein aur thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Cooking oil aur baqi bacha huwa maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein. -Oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein (warm place). -Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein. -Dough ko char equal portions mein divide ker lein,ek portion (125g) lein aur ball bana lein. -Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa oval shape mein roll ker lein. -Dough ka center mein chicken sausage rakh dein aur dough ka ends ko fold ker ka sausage ko cover ker lein phir pinch ker ke dough ko seal ker lein. -Baking tray per butter paper laga ker makhan sa grease ker lein. -Stuffed dough rakh dein,scissor or knife ki madad sa sausage bread ko cut ker lein. -Sausage bread ko left aur right alternatively shape ker lein. -Kitchen towel sa cover ker lein aur 15-20 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein. -Egg wash ker lein aur sausages bread ka upper 2-3 tbs tayyar stuffing dal dein (makes 3-4). -Preheated oven mein 180C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein. -Tomato ketchup ker ka serve karein.
