"During a very rainy night Grandpa Little is telling the story of Dr. Frankenlittle's monster when suddenly swarms of huge black rats invade the Little's home! Using the light of matches they are able to scare the rats off but only temporarily. Calling a meeting of the Council to declare a state of emergency, one member, Milo, objects and selfishly keeps the community from creating an emergency plan that would help preserve everyone's food and safety. As the rats grow in numbers they hold the Little's hostage and begin to eat all the food. Tom and Lucy strike out to enlist the aid of Henry Bigg but decide it is too dangerous to continue. To get their message to Henry, Tom and Lucy attach a note to their pet turtle, Slick. When Henry receives the note from Slick he immediately gives the Littles enough food to save their lives. This inspires Grandpa Little to call another Council meeting where they all come up with a great plan to rid the entire city of the rat infestation. As they execute the plan they discover their uncooperative neighbor, Milo, is being attacked by the menacing rats! Though Milo was selfish he is rescued and they all work together to lure the rats out of homes and into the town square. Once the plan works Milo apologizes for being selfish and learns it is important to cooperate and help for the benefit of everyone including himself." #wildbraincartoons #kidsvideos
