A: It's hard to get it as it's random. Just keep breeding LVL 4 dogs. Increase your luck by participating in the dog breeder event which appears randomly in the calendar events. Use Dry Food to get a higher rank dog. Sometimes found at the junkyard, farm location or basements. Cook lavish mix of fishes (catfish + carp + pike + sturgeon) to increase your chances of getting a True Friend Dog skill. To get sturgeon cook catfish and a side of vegetables dish (catfish + carrots + mushrooms) to increase your chances of finding a rare fish. Go to the northern fishing event (it's in the winter location, spawns randomly) and throw a grenade in the pond there. This way you should get a sturgeon. Other fish can be found by fishing in random fishing events. Get high lvl dogs from the Commune Trials event. #ldoe
