For MEATER Plus, MEATER Pro, and MEATER Block, make sure the charger is close to the cooker to maintain the Bluetooth connection to the probe(s) you're cooking with. Get to the Connection Details page in the app to see how everything is connected - via Bluetooth, MEATER Link (WiFi indicated by the 3 circles), or MEATER Cloud (Cloud icon). Additionally, the page shows where any potential disconnection is: from the probe---charger or from the charger---phone. You'll also be able to see the probe's battery level and firmware version here. If you ever get disconnected using MEATER, no worries, the probe is still logging all the data and will update the app once it reconnects.
