Is RadioStatic CANON? Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Alastor X Vox Shipping Analysis

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel? Since the release of season 2 episode 4 fans have been discussing alastor and vox, in particular how radiostatic could be canon. Let’s talk about it. So as we saw in the episode vox is completely obsessed with alastor, but fans quickly noticed that he might be attracted to him. Vox was in an intimate situation with val while still keeping tabs on what alastor was doing. He immediately teleported straight to alastor, interrupting that moment which val mentions. Vox immediately accepts alastor’s offer without thinking about it much, it’s one of the few times he appears genuinely happy. When alastor is captured vox takes him on a date to a milkshake parlour, they even have two straws in the drink. Vox and val get it on, with vox making sure alastor has to watch and throwing his clothes at him. During the flashback especially vox acts completely different to how he normally is. The way he moves his body around alastor and looks at him. He even blushes, the only other time he blushes is around valentino. Lastly the two of them were breathing heavily, with val saying that they should get it on after. This pairing called radiostatic blew up completely, it’s now easily one of the most popular ships in the fandom. Personally i think these are all deliberate, vox 100% had or still has romantic feelings towards alastor. However i’m leaning more towards the alternate ship, radiosilence, where it’s one sided and vox loves alastor while alastor doesn’t reciprocate those feelings. Alastor is ace, but this doesn’t necessarily mean he’s against all romantic attraction. I think he’s far too self absorbed to get with someone though. I also find it funny that the official prime account kept posting radiostatic hashtags when promoting the season. What do you think? Do you ship radiostatic?
