The video shows the process of temporarily assembling a Tahitian pearl necklace using wire. As with the previous bracelet, this is the first time Flower Jem has incorporated black-lipped pearls into its work. Two 40 cm Tahitian pearl strands are used. One strand measures 11–13 mm, and the other measures 11–14 mm. From the 11–13 mm strand, approximately 20 cm worth of pearls were removed to make a bracelet. From the 11–14 mm strand, the two largest pearls suitable for earrings were selected. The remaining pearls were then arranged in size order and temporarily assembled into a necklace using wire. As with this video, Flower Jem plans to increasingly adopt live streaming in order to reduce the time required for video editing. While video quality is important, the primary purpose of Flower Jem’s videos is to allow viewers to confirm the quality of the pearls. With live streaming, there is almost no time spent on editing.
