i did more than 1000 blocks in supraclavicular approach but never seen subclavian artery like this in video(doubled size) and also uniform cervico_axillary sheath that made the plexus sheath....in this block i did a hydro_dissection from lateral boarder of plexus through piercing the cervico+axillary sheath and gave anterior and posterior injection as see in video.....the separation was from inferior belly of omohyoid muscle anteriorly and subclavius muscle and 1st rib posterioly .....the final shape of plexus was like chain or worm with multiple round hypoechoic structures connected together and attached to subclavian artery
