Post-op Orbital Exenteration & Cranial Surgery Losing My Eye and What's Next for Cancer Treatment

It's been three weeks post-op after losing my eye due to cancer in my sinuses (nasal squamous cell carcinoma). I had an orbital exenteration with skin flap taken from my arm, along with cranial surgery to remove the dura and some brain lining that the tumor was also impacting. I have been struggling a bit but am trying to get back into a better headspace in order to be strong for the next round of treatment which will be radiation on both my face and neck.
