This routine has honestly been game changing for me, my cold was SO bad the first couple of days I was convinced it would be sticking around for weeks - but it is day 5 and I am already on the mend. So if you are also not feeling great, then I really recommend these tips on how to feel better when you’re sick. The most important thing to remember when you’re sick is to get loads of rest and stay hydrated - don’t worry about needing to stay productive, just take care of yourself.
