Modern stresses are busy lives are having an affect on us, in ways we don't even realise. It's important to have quiet in your life as it brings more peace, which is good for relieving the tension and stress we find ourselves in. The more you simplify your life, and give yourself less to content with (where possible) the benefits are numerous. Focusing on something that you enjoy is a great way to start. For me it's cozy baking. In this simple living vlog, I share with you my favourite lemon curd tart recipe - it's delicious and certainly creates a quiet moment when the whole family is busy munching on them when they're out of the oven! Small bonus haha! I also take you to my local farm shop - farm shop tours should be my new job - visiting your local farm shop is a great way to get a taste of rural living - literally!
