In this video I walk you through how I replaced my timing chains and guides on my 2007 Nissan Xterra. This was my first attempt at a large job like this and I learned a lot through trial and error. I reviewed many videos, had an engine repair/maintenance manual, and had conducted a lot of online research. Things didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped, but in the end I learned a lot and came out victorious. I recommend this video as a guide, especially if it will be your first time tackling this job. I've linked an exhaustive list of parts that you will need to complete this job along with websites to manuals with instructions and torque specifications. Again, do your research. If you have any questions feel free to leave me a comment below or find me on my IG @the_nonnell.
