Once a product that was thought to be scalped like crazy, Celebrations was printed heavily and was found on the shelves easily not only on release day, but for months after. With the exception of the Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection, hype continued to build on the thought that Celebrations would be a wonderful Pokemon Card Investment for years to come. This became even more hyped when Pokemon announced that they were going to retire the set in February of 2022. While Celebrations may still be a strong set to invest in, sealed products continue making an appearance in stores even today, 17 months after Pokemon claimed to retire the set.
