Ingredients:- Pre-made dosa batter: 1 ½ cup Besan: ¼ cup Rice flour: 2 tablespoons Yogurt: ¼ cup Garlic and green chili paste: 1 tablespoon Mix vegetable (pumpkin, carrot, peas, beans): 1 cup Sugar: ½ teaspoon Salt to taste Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon Sesame: 1 teaspoon Dry red chili: 2 Curry leaves: 8 Hing: ¼ teaspoon Oil: 2 tablespoons Fruit salt: 1 ½ teaspoons Method of Preparation: Take a mixing bowl, combine dosa batter, besan, rice flour, yogurt, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt, sugar, mix veggies, garlic chili paste in a bowl. Lastly, add fruit salt and whisk the batter mixture together. In a small bowl, add mustard, cumin, sesame, dry red chili, curry leaves, and hing For the tempering. Grease paniyaram pan and add a teaspoon of tempering mixture into it. Take a spoonful of batter and add into the paniyaram mould. Cover it with a lid and let it cook it for 2 - 3 minutes. Tiffin Siders: Serve with chikki and watermelon: (or any other fruit as per your choice).
