In 2025 we’ve been busy across Timor-Leste — installing solar panels at Raimutin and Koileke in Atsabe, Ermera, and upgrading off-grid coffee communities in partnership with the Australian Government’s BPP, Engineers Without Borders Australia, and Mara Mresa. These new solar-powered coffee hubs give remote villages reliable, clean energy at the coffee wetmills. We’re also introducing recycled plastic materials at the wet mill to reduce waste and create stronger, more sustainable tools for farmers. This project is improving livelihoods, boosting local income, supporting women in the coffee sector, and reducing diesel emissions — all while helping Timor-Leste build a renewable, resilient future.
