Legacy of Kain is one of the most fondly remembered series of the Playstation and Playstaion 2 era. Set in the dark and mysterious world of Nosgoth, it follows the human noble-turned-vampire Kain, who sets out on a quest to avenge his murder, and eventually save, or damn, all of the world. As it continues through the series, a complex plot of ancient beings vying for control over the world is unraveled, as time travel rewrites history again and again, all as Kain struggles to break free from the cycle of destiny he has been tied to. In this first video, brought to you by my patron Bambi, I'm exploring the story of the very first game in the series, Blood Omen, as we learn about Kain's past, the eventual damnation of Nosgoth, and the Circle of Nine.
