50 Peaks Challenge is a challenge all year round climbing 50 of the highest Mountains around the UK, Wales, Scotland It was my boy Rhys Chadwick that came up with the idea to climb 50 peaks in 12 months one every weekend. He started with this idea after climbing with me his dad and being inspired by my charity climbs. This challenge is going to be very tough for Rhys especially through the winter but i dont doubt him one bit. He will have all the training needed and equipped with all the proper gear. This is are Third Mountain summited out the fifty. Dove crag is a mountain whats (2.598ft) also well known for the priest cave. Priest cave is a hole in Dove Crag mountain. This might be the cheapest bed and breakfast in Lake District, and as got the most spectacular views The priest hole is concealed within the rocks of Dove Crag, near Ambleside, and is the Lakes’ most well known secret cave. Upon your arrival you will be treated to candles, emergency blankets, gas canisters, water and plastic cutlery kept in a purple box 📦 that is purposely left for users of the cave A visitors book is also included, filled with previous climbers’ story’s. The letter box entrance is over 2,100ft high and has a low wall to keep out the worse of the elements.
