Dancing to the tune of Nature! The day we decided to shoot this video, it was raining very heavily since morning. We were about to drop the idea…but then true to the meaning of the song, we were able to dance, probably because we were destined to… The song Tu Jhoom by Abida Parveen and Naseebo Lal expounds that nothing in this life is in our control. So what’s the point of brooding or lamenting over situations that is not in our hands. Be it rain or shine, in happiness or in pain, embrace the moment and dance to the rhythm of life. Surrender yourself to the will of the Almighty and just sway your way to a state of eternal bliss and contentment that can only be attained by realising that you are just a speck in the larger scheme of things. And just like that suddenly the rain stopped and although it was cloudy, we could just immerse ourselves in that time on the beach flanked by Casuarina and Pandanus tree, a distant fishing boat bobbing up on the sea as the grey clouds loomed above watching us in hushed silence. This dance is our tribute to life, be it broken, imperfect and dotted with bumps on the way. Our wish for you is to celebrate life with all its imperfections…Life is beautiful and may you keep dancing always navigating through the waves and all the ups and downs that washes over you, yet returning you back to the safety of the shores.
